Information you provide

When you contact TJW, you may provide your name, company, country or market, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interest, expected quantity, application, OEM requirements and purchase timeline.

How inquiries are handled

The main website quotation form saves your submitted details in TJW's Cloudflare D1 database before notifying our sales team by email. You do not need to open WhatsApp. Database records are accessible only through authorized Cloudflare accounts, not a public inquiry listing. Email notifications may be retried if delivery is temporarily unavailable.

Advertising forms and third-party services

Our separate advertising landing-page form prepares a WhatsApp message rather than submitting to the main website database. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. Advertising landing pages may use the Meta Pixel to report page and form events. WhatsApp, Meta and your email provider process information under their own privacy terms.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores submitted main-site inquiries and processes security checks through Turnstile. The form records its source page, language and the privacy notice version you confirmed. To understand how a request reached us, the site temporarily keeps a limited first-visit path, broad source category and valid campaign codes (UTM source, medium and campaign) in this browser tab, then saves them with the inquiry only after you consent and submit. We do not save the full referring URL, query string or unfinished form answers for this purpose. Abuse-control records use a secret-salted network identifier rather than storing your raw IP address in the inquiry database; these temporary records expire and are periodically removed. Security checks may process browser and network information. Inquiry details are included in the notification to our sales mailbox.

Optional website analytics

The main website loads Google Analytics only if you choose Allow analytics. It may then use analytics cookies and collect page visits, broad campaign codes, device information and engagement events. We record a lead event only after an inquiry is saved, without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers or form answers to Google Analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed using Analytics choices in the footer. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.

We use inquiry information to respond, recommend a platform, conduct technical and commercial review, prepare a quotation and coordinate a potential business relationship. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights
