01 / PLATFORM

Choose around the mission.

Should I choose a VTOL or a conventional fixed-wing UAV?

Start with the launch and landing site, coverage area, payload and operating workflow. VTOL can take off and land without a runway; a conventional fixed-wing platform may suit a mission with an appropriate launch and recovery method. Compare the available aircraft against your complete mission requirements.

Can I use the maximum payload and maximum endurance figures together?

Not necessarily. Published maximum payload and endurance figures may describe separate conditions. Ask for an estimate using your selected payload, altitude, weather and operating profile. The final configuration should be confirmed in writing.

Can TJW integrate a mapping or inspection payload?

Payload integration is reviewed for each project. Share the payload model, weight, power and data interfaces, required output and ground workflow so the team can assess compatibility and the supported configuration.

02 / OEM

Define the complete system.

Is private-label or OEM branding available?

TJW supports discussion of private-label branding, configuration, documentation and integration for distributors and project buyers. Feasibility, scope and any branding requirements are confirmed for the specific order.

What should I include in a request for quotation?

Include your destination market, intended application, preferred platform, expected quantity, payload and positioning needs, data-link preference, branding requirements, training or support scope and target purchase timeline. This helps the team prepare a comparable project quotation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

A universal minimum order quantity is not published on this website. Share your required quantity and configuration; availability and any order minimum will be confirmed during commercial review.

03 / COMMERCIAL

Confirm the project terms.

Where can I find pricing and delivery times?

Pricing, availability and delivery time depend on the aircraft, payload, quantity, destination and agreed scope. They are provided in a project-specific quotation, not guaranteed by the website.

What training, warranty and spare-parts support is included?

Training, warranty, spare parts and after-sales arrangements are defined for each project. Ask for these items to be listed explicitly in the written quotation and final agreement.

What happens after I send an OEM inquiry?

The main website saves your submitted inquiry and notifies TJW's sales team by email. The team can then review the technical and commercial details and contact you using the information you provided. Submitting the main website form does not require WhatsApp.

04 / COMPLIANCE

Plan for the destination market.

Can TJW ship UAVs to my country?

Export eligibility, documents and delivery terms are reviewed case by case. Provide the destination, buyer, end user, intended use and proposed system configuration for an initial review. Website content is not export authorization.

Who is responsible for local import and flight approvals?

Buyers and end users are responsible for identifying and meeting the requirements in their destination country, including import, radio, registration and operational approvals where applicable.

Will my website inquiry be sent through WhatsApp?

No. The main website inquiry is saved and sent to TJW's sales team by email. A separate advertising landing page prepares a WhatsApp message instead; on that page you must tap Send in WhatsApp to deliver it.
