UAV production and assembly line

UAV OEM & DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM

VTOL DRONE OEM & DISTRIBUTION.

A clear, complete partnership path for VTOL and fixed-wing UAV importers, distributors and system integrators—from mission requirements through delivery and support.

01 / PARTNER PATHS

CHOOSE THE OEM SCOPE YOUR PROJECT NEEDS.

Private-label aircraft, payload integration and distributor support are different requirements. Choose a starting point below, then confirm the configuration and included deliverables during project review.

01 / PRIVATE LABEL

Private-label UAV OEM

For buyers who want an agreed aircraft configuration under their own brand. Share the platform or mission, quantity, brand assets and documentation needs; branding feasibility and supply scope are reviewed for the order.

Discuss Private-label Branding ↗
02 / INTEGRATION

Mission Payload Integration

For integrators combining an aircraft with a mission payload and ground workflow. Share payload mass, dimensions, power and data interfaces, positioning needs and expected output; compatibility is not assumed.

Request an Integration Review ↗
03 / DISTRIBUTION

UAV Distribution & Support

For distributors planning a product range for their market. Share destination, customer applications, forecast quantity, training and spare-parts needs so the written quotation can define the support and supply scope.

Submit Distributor Requirements ↗

Planning local assembly instead of purchasing finished aircraft? Review production-line and technology-transfer services for a separate scope covering technical solutions, processes, equipment, testing and training.

For mapping projects, review the surveying and mapping buyer guide before defining the payload and required data output.

02 / PROJECT WORKFLOW

SIX CLEAR STAGES BEFORE PURCHASE.

01

Mission Requirements

Define application, terrain, quantity and operating context.

02

Platform Selection

Confirm the JT airframe and base configuration.

03

Integration Review

Match payloads, data links and ground workflows.

04

Branding & Documentation

Prepare OEM branding and technical documentation.

05

Validation

Complete quality inspection before export preparation.

06

Delivery & Training

Complete handover, training and after-sales support.

03 / BUYER CHECKLIST

WHAT TO CONFIRM BEFORE REQUESTING A VTOL UAV QUOTE.

A useful OEM quote depends on the operating mission, not only an airframe model. The questions below help importers and integrators make comparable requests without assuming that a published maximum applies to every payload or configuration.

01 / MISSION

Describe the actual duty cycle

Share the application, terrain, operating altitude, weather constraints, launch and landing area, target area and required data output. Ask for endurance with the proposed payload, not just the published maximum endurance.

02 / INTEGRATION

Define the complete system

State payload mass and interfaces, positioning needs, data-link preference, ground-control workflow, batteries and spares. Payload fit and link performance need project-specific review.

03 / COMMERCIAL

Compare like-for-like scope

Specify expected quantity, OEM branding, documentation, training, warranty, spare-parts support and target purchase timeline. Confirm what is included in the final written quotation.

04 / COMPLIANCE

Check the destination market

Identify the destination, end user and intended operation. Import, radio, aviation and export requirements vary by country; eligibility and documents are reviewed for each project.

Start with the JT-290 technical selection questions or send your project brief. Published product figures are for initial screening; the agreed configuration and commercial terms belong in the final quotation.

For common purchasing and compliance questions, read the buyer FAQ.

04 / PRODUCTION & INTEGRATION

FROM ASSEMBLY TO DELIVERY PREPARATION.

These are current production-site images. Certificate numbers and formal quality documents will remain unpublished until verifiable files are available.

05 / OEM SCOPE QUESTIONS

CLARIFY THE REQUEST BEFORE THE QUOTE.

Is a private-label UAV order the same as a production-line project?

No. Private-label UAV work concerns the supplied aircraft, branding and agreed configuration. Local assembly or a production line requires a separate review of technical scope, processes, equipment, testing and training. Describe which outcome you need before requesting a quotation.

Can I request OEM integration with my own payload?

Yes, you can submit your payload for review. Include its model, mass, dimensions, power and data interfaces, required data output and ground workflow. Compatibility, changes to the aircraft and performance with that payload must be confirmed for the project; submission does not establish compatibility.

Do I need to choose a UAV model before sending an OEM inquiry?

No. Select Not sure yet in the inquiry form if the aircraft is undecided. Share the mission, destination, payload needs, expected quantity, branding or integration requirements and purchase timeline. The team can then review the platform and quotation scope without assuming a configuration.
